L'état des personnes - L'indisponibilité

C'est tout simplement l'état de ce qui doit être envisagé comme un tout et qui ne peut pas être divisé. L'état des personnes est un tout auquel on ne peut choisir une partie et en laisser une autre. 

Tout simplement ce qui est imprescriptible, c'est ce qui ne peut pas être supprimé ou enlevé par un délai (qu'on appelle prescription)
