There's ’s a new Sheriff in town– or at least there will be soon. Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby– who has been running the investigation into the murders of Liberty German and Abigail Williams cannot run for the office again because of term limit restrictions. 

This morning, news dropped of the arrest of Richard Allen on charges related to the Delphi murders.
