All the watermlons in Pflugerville are mysteriously disappearing. Snoop and Sniffy will need the help of Wheeler's surveillance system to crack the case! 

Freckles puts Sniffy through a series of tests, but will he pass and finally become a true detective? And if he does, will Snoop return to his post in London?
