Snoop the dog detective arrives in Pflugerville from London, where he meets his new partner Sniffy as they solve the mystery of the weird sound. 

The Shlubs have thrown a fancy brunch and a pearl earring has gone missing. Snoop and Sniffy are on the case with a little help from Poot, a fawning groundhog who lives in the backyard.
