جویس می آموزد که وقتی برای خود متاسف می شویم ، نوعی بت پرستی را انجام می دهیم ، که مانع از آن می شود که خادمی باشیم که خدا از می‌خواهد. 

Allah (awj) is inviting you to come back to Him. He has not given up on you. He still wants you. He sees the good in you, even when you no longer see it in yourself. Even after a million mistakes. All you need to do is to turn to Him 

يقبل التوبة عن عباده، حالاً بعد حال ، يوماً بعد يوم، وحيناً بعد حين، فما من عبد عصاه، وبلغ عصيانه مداه، ثم رغب في التوبة إلا فتح له أبواب رحمته، وفرح بعودته
