Salomon s’est détourné de Dieu par idolâtrie. Ce péché va entrainer sa chute et mettre fin à son règne de paix en lui suscitant 3 redoutables ennemis. 

Salomon arrive à la fin de sa vie. Ses nombreuses femmes et concubines vont l’entrainer dans l’idolâtrie. Ce qui va provoquer sa déchéance.
