I Know God Loves Me, but Does He Like Me?

By nature, we are selfish and God-ignoring and God-belittling. But no matter how hard a heart may be, the sovereign God can still save. 

Indwelling sin still pervades those who are in Christ. But God’s mercy is more than enough to meet, match, and master any guilt we bring to him. 

Does it feel like you can’t discern God’s voice in this season? Do this when God isn’t speaking to you.

Even if we know that God is good to us, we may believe that his goodness is constrained. But Jesus is at pains to help us not feel that way. 

The disciples connected with Jesus through their senses more than their spirit. We need to avoid that mistake. If you want to experience more joy, peace, and connection with God, don’t try to approach Him through your flesh.Instead, approach Him in spirit and in truth. Andrew add ...  Show more
