Snoop and Sniffy are sent on a mission into the mysterious sewer beneath Bark Street to figure out where that awful smell is coming from. 

When mysterious messages start showing up carved on the trees in the park, it’s up to Snoop and Sniffy to figure out who is leaving these carvings and why.
