Gnarly-looking gnomes start appearing in the gardens of homes on Bark Street and changing their positions every night? Who keeps putting these strange beings in everyone’s yards? 

Snoop, Sniffy, and Poot are led to an underground city of rats where sleepwalking, mysterious music, and a very strange smell are causing havoc in this subterranean society. It’s up to the Dog Detectives (+ Poot) to save the day.
