For Sniffy’s birthday, he wants to sniff only GOOD smells, but when a foul-stench overtakes Bark Street, Sniffy is determined to root out the cause so his birthday isn’t ruined! 

Snoop & Sniffy travel to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to help bring down Chewie, a Capybara mob boss, who is terrorizing the lush streets and sandy beaches of Rio.
