BGC Cape Breton, the Whitney Pier youth club, is struggling to find qualified people to staff the centre. 

With enrolments up, and more than half of Grade 5 students interested in band class, the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education is working to ensure there are enough instruments to go around.
