Snoop and Sniffy travel to the bustling streets of Manila, capital city of the Philippines, to help fellow dog detective, Marietta, catch a thief who keeps stealing delectable food treats from the annual neighborhood street picnic. 

There’s a certain place in Bark Street where everything gets lost, disappears, and is never seen from again. Today, Snoop and Sniffy are going to brave the rumors… and face the Bark Street Triangle. Hopefully they don’t disappear forever too.
