We are taught that success comes from persistence, pushing through discomfort, overcoming barriers, and refusing to quit when things get hard. That mindset builds careers, skills and ambitions. But what happens when we apply the same logic to friendships & relationships? 

One of the first parts of the inner healing journey is the ability to recognize triggers. In this episode I talk about how to identify and what to do when you experience a trigger. You might get triggered.
